Thank you Lydia. I noticed I didn't answer if it was for agricultural use. I'm not sure if the answer would be yes or no. We
do plan to have a large garden that we will maintain with the equipment stored in the barn. That equipment will also be
used to maintain the native vegetation on the property and to manage removal of invasive plants that are currently on
(very few) and may arise.
As far as the non -conforming lot comment, do you want us to continue down that route for research and email that
person or is the combination of the lots prior to final inspection sufficient?
The parcel id for the parcel the permit is associated to is 1334-501-0042-000-3
The parcel id for the adjacent parcel we will be joining with is 1334-501-0041-000-6
Thank you and please let me know if I need to provide any other info.
Kind regards,
Anthony Gonzalez

Good morning Tony,
Thank you for responding and providing some additional information. It definitely will help with the review. I am still
working on the permit and the comments were not complete yet, that is why we didn't send it out yet. I will get back to
you as soon as I have completed the review.
Thank you,

The County is OPEN for business, though, the building remains closed to the general public to keep
our citizens and employees safe during the pandemic. The Building Department is operating in a new
location, just a few feet from the main lobby, at the Sal corner of the building (formerly the Utilities
Department). Look for the GREEN A -Frame signs. The hours of operation are Monday — Friday from
8:00 am to 4:30 am. All staff is available by email or phone.
If you need to contact me, my direct extension is 462-1555.
Please be safe during these unprecedented times while we do our best to help the community remain
safe as we continue to operate at the new normal.
Thank you

Hi Lydia,
My name is Anthony Gonzalez and I am emailing in regards to permit 2112-0231.
1 saw the comments on the non -conforming lot. I explained to the building department what we were intending to do
when I submitted the applications. We are in the process of submitting the forms necessary to combine the parcel we
own to the immediate west of the parcel this permit is associated to, which will make our property 2.1 acres. We are in
the process of getting our engineering done for our house we intend to build at this location. That will be through a
builder and he will be pulling a permit for that construction. When I went down to the building department they had to
confirm with zoning and planning before they would accept my app, and we told them what we were wanting to do.
The building is to store our personal equipment and tools we intend to use to maintain the property and prepare for
building our home. So I would consider it personal use. Please if you could give me a call, my number is 772-584-1498. 1
did speak to Joe in the building department and also explained and he seemed to think we were heading in the right
direction. We expect to apply for permit for the house any day now.. when engineering gets done with our plans.
Thank you and kind regards,
Tony Gonzalez (Anthony)
