Permit # 2103-0350 was applied for on 3-11-21 and never issued. Comments were left for contractor on 3-12-21 and 5-17-21 and they were never answered. The property was inspected today and I observed that the work was completed without the permit ever being issued. Please contact the Permitting Department at 772-462-1553 to obtain a permit for the driveway extension and contact the Road and Bridge Department at 772-462-1435 to obtain a permit for extending the driveway into County Right of Way.
