Dear Mr.Sagastume;
I have reviewed the shoring installation for the 2nd level elevated concrete construction at the
above referenced site. I have prepared the following report for your use.
I find all areas referenced in this report are shored adequately as intended and concrete per the
approved construction drawings may be placed whenever desired. All shoring shall remain in
place until a time when concrete compressive strength of all upper levels of CIP concrete
achieves a minimum of 75% of its design strength, but not less than 14 calendar days.
