Did they install a culvert? If they only put millings down with no culvert change then no permit needed.

Please verify if county approval is required for the driveway connection to the asphalt milling driveway down the south
side of the property. It appears the asphalt milling roadway is part of the North St. Lucie River Water Control
Management District Canal No.58.
