Nettles Island Condominium Association approve the new parking spot per the revised
survey dated October 16, 2014, provided by JWN construction Inc. as a revision to the
original for 560 Nettles Blvd. permit # 1405-0142. The site plan complies with the
required setbacks, and meets Nettles Island, Inc. two vehicle parking space requirements,
and we have no objections. Any modifications that affect the foot print of the home must
be resubmitted to Nettles Island for further approval prior to construction.
Please provide us with a copy of the permit before proceeding_
All building must adhere to Nettles Island governing documents, including but not
limited to Nettles Island Procedures Governing Contractor and Building Activity on
Nettles Island.
Upon completion, please send a copy of your final survey for our files.
