2. Footer type: see attached. Footers depicted in the site plan do not apply to this project. There will be
no perimeter footer, just mudset pavers.
3. see revised attached survey with pool in revised location now meeting setback requirements
4. Fence Comment Response: See attached email chain. Pool will receive a completely fenced in area
with a child barrier (see site plan details). The Property owner is working on a contract with a fence
company and will submit a fence permit application (forthcoming). Conversations with Lydia Galbraith
(Zoning) and Dave Johnson (Building) was that fence permit application submission will hold final
inspection not permit issuance.
5. No need for variance; see survey for new pool location meeting setback requirements
