Larry Lammers President DATE: February 1, 2022 RE: 337 E Midway Rd Fort Pierce, FL To the best of my knowledge and belief, the building components and site improvements outlined herein and inspected under my authority have been completed in conformance with the approved product approvals and/or plans and the applicable codes. Requirements for the SIDING improvements made at the property were inspected by me on 1/31/2022 and include, but are not limited to: • R703.10.2 Siding Min. Attachment and Min. Thickness o 11-gage 1-1/2” galv. Roofing nail through top edge at each stud in accordance with manufacturer's instructions o 7/16” nominal thickness o Overlap of min. of 1-1/4” • Manufacturer’s requirements for blind nailing fastener spacing for 7-1/4” lap siding: o Fastener spacing for 7-1/4” wide planks for a 0-15 ft. high building in high wind speed zone: 16” O.C. My inspection/review found all the requirements for the installation of the siding meet or exceed the above requirements.
