Our office has personally inspected the 16'-4" x 16'-3" 2500 psi concrete slab with
fibermesh over vapor barrier over clean compacted chemically treated fill at the above
referenced address and find that all work meets the FBC and FRC 2020, 71h Edition and
our engineering requirements.
