3. GPS SURVEY MEASUREMENTS WERE PROCESSED AND ADJUSTED USING
CARLSON SURVEY 2018.
4. THE HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL TARGET ACCURACY FOR THIS SURVEY
EXCEEDS MINIMUM STANDARDS OF PRACTICE PER FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE
