The Association approves of the Paver installation as per the documents submitted with this request. Pavers may be installed so long as drainage of water shed from paver installation does not interfere with the neighbors use of their property. We would suggest a survey to assure all property boundaries and setbacks are adhered to prior to paving. Please be advised that removal of pavers for repairs to any utilities will be the responsibility of the unit owner.
