The Association approves of replacing the steps and deck as listed on the documents
submitted with this request,providing you get permits from St Lucie County.
Please adhere to all Nettles Island governing documents including, but not limited to the
Nettles Island Procedures Governing Contractor and building activity on Nettles Island,
and if required provide us with a copy of the permit before commencing.

Please be advised that Architectural Committee assumes no responsibility for the
structural adequacy, capacity or safety features of the proposed construction, alteration
or addition; or for performance, workmanship or quality of work of any contractor or of
the completed alteration or description and shall not be relied upon as an approval or
warranty regarding engineering and structural design, building or zoning code
compliance,feasibility or marketability for any purpose, or compliance with applicable
building ordinances, standards, or regulations. By approving the plans and
specifications, neither the Architectural Committee or the members thereof, the
Association, the Board, its employees and representatives assumes any liability or
responsibility therefore, or for any defect in any structure constructed there from, and
said persons further specifically exclude from such approval any implied warranty of
merchantability and fitness for any purpose.

RE: Install Pavers Lot 2124 BY: ...•....
The review of your Adjacent Property Protection Plan for#2124 is complete. The
Association approves of the Paver installation as per the documents submitted with this
request. Pavers may be installed so long as drainage of water shed from paver
installation does not interfere with the neighbors use of their property. We would suggest
a survey to assure all property boundaries and setbacks are adhered to prior to paving.
Please be advised that removal of pavers for repairs to any utilities will be the
responsibility of the unit owner.
