Comment 1: The truss layout with the engineering connector schedule is located on Sheet S-4
Comment 2: The truss layout with the Chambers Truss connector schedule is located on
Sheet S-4
Comment 3: All sheets were signed, dated and embossed on 20-Sep-21.
Comment 4: The contractor will resubmit electronically sealed truss engineering
Comment 5: The truss layout, component drawings and reaction summary produced by
Chambers truss and MiTek were utilized to develop the connector schedule on
Sheet S-4 and related section details.
Comment 6: The contractor will provide clarification.
Comment 7: The contractor will provide a revised product approval affidavit. The design
pressures are on the affidavit. The design pressures by roof and wall zone are
on Sheet S-1. The design pressures by opening are on Sheet S-1
Comment 8: The contractor will resubmit the revised product approval with revision numbers.
