Your request for an architectural modification to your property at 1912 LYNX DR has been
approved by Riverpointe of St. Lucie Property Owners Association, Inc.. Specifically, you have
approval to proceed with the following request as submitted:

Construction of your new home build is approved with the following Stipulations:
Landscape plans be presented to the landscape committee once plans complete
Once door color is chosen submit color swatch to the ARC committee for review
Contractor must submit before the build can commence a refundable damage deposit of 1 % of
the construction cost, not less than $5, 000, that is to be held in an escrow by the property
management company. This check will need to be submitted to the address below. Please make
the check out to Riverpointe POA. In the memo please list what it is for, along with your lot
number. (stated in our Building Criteria document under new build/reconstruction C2).
Please be advised that it is your responsibility to obtain any necessary permits and to
ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws and/or any other governing
authority. Access to areas of construction is only allowed through your property and you
are responsible for any damages done to the common areas during construction.
You are responsible for following all stipulations stated on the application. Thank you for your
cooperation.
