Culpepper & Terpening, Inc. 2980 South 25"' Street Fort Pierce, FL 34981 RE: Application for Stormwater Permit: Riverbend Dear Mr. Ferland: PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT Water Quality Division We have reviewed the plans, calculations and received the stormmwater fee for the above referenced project. Tile Stormwater Permit Application for the above referenced project is hereby approved subject to the following conditions: Upon completion of the project and prior to requesting a Final Paving and Drainage Inspection, please submit three (3) copies of signed and sealed record plans with a signed and sealed letter of completion from the project engineer. The plans must depict at a minimum the location and finished grades of all buildings and paving, critical spot elevations, pavement markings, traffic signage, the location, type, size, material and inverts of all drainage structures and the location of any stormwater management facilities. Please be advised, operators of construction activities that propose to clear, excavate or fill 1.0 acre of land or more over the life of the project are required to obtain coverage tinder the Florida Department of Environmental Protection's National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System "Generic Permit for Stormwater Discharge from Large and Small Construction Activities" and a St. Lucie County Vegetation Removal Permit prior to any construction activity on site. A copy of the Notice of Intent to file for coverage under this permit must be submitted to this office as required to discharge to the County's Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4). A Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan must be developed and implemented to be in compliance with the permit. Elements of a SWPP.P include Best Management Practices that will be utilized to minimize soil erosion and sedimentation from degrading the water quality of downstream water bodies.
