Once the roofing agreement is submitted,we will submit for permits.This process typically takes 1-2 weeks in most areas.Once we
have an approved permit we will place the metal order and schedule your project.Most metal roofs start in 5-6 weeks from a
signed agreement
Phase 3: Build
Dumpster&Materials will be delivered,crew will begin construction.The metal re-roof takes 5-10 business days but can vary
based on building department inspection timelines and requirements.
Phase q:Completion,Final Inspection& Payment
• Once the project is complete,the local building department will conduct a final inspection.
• Payments can be made with Cash.Check,Credit Card or Financing with no additional fees.
