To Whom It May Concern,
Permit #2004-0490 (5806 Sunset Blvd) has recently expired on 1/7/22. This home was
originally cleared and prepped for a slab back in December of 2020. However, it took us over 7
months to pour a slab due to grading and floor height issues. We poured our slab in July of 2021
and construction has continued since then without major interuptions. We are planning on
finishing the home and submitting for a CO next month (March of 2022).
Please accept this explanation and renew our permit so that we can complete
construction next month. Reach out to me if you have any questions regarding this home or the
