The review of your plans for lot #2074 is complete. The site plan complies with the
required setbacks, and meets Nettles Island, Inc. two vehicle parking space requirements,
and we have no objections. Any modifications that affect the foot print of the home must
be resubmitted to Nettles Island for further approval. Enclosed is a copy of Nettles Island
Procedures Governing Contractor and Building Activity on Nettles Island. Please provide
us with a copy of the permit before proceeding.
Upon completion, please send a copy of your final survey for our files.
