We propose to furnish all labor and material to remodel your KITCHEN. Our scope of work includes
the following:
1. Designs and planning
2. Permitting
3. Job supervision
4. Floor and dust protection
5. Demo:
Remove kitchen cabinets & dispose countertops & backsplash. Disconnect plumbing &
dispose of all plumbing fixtures. Remove non-bearing wall separating pantry&fridge area.
Remove exterior window and replace
Keep: Fridge, Dishwasher, Oven & Garbage Disposal.
All can lighting to remain undisturbed. Flooring to remain undisturbed.
Donate: Cabinets, Microwave, Faucet
6. Debris removal & Disposal fees
7. HVAC:
Vent new hood to exterior
8. Interior walls:
Repair drywall after cabinets have been removed
Frame wall for new pantry entry
Pantry entrance to have a double pocket frame
Install and finish drywall to obtain smooth level 4 finish where necessary at pantry and desk
area
9. Exterior Walls:
Remove stucco as needed and install new impact window
Prepare exterior wall with stucco to match exterior stucco as best as possible

10. Doors, Windows, &Trim:
DOORS:
Install new double pocket doors for pantry area:
Door(s): 2 total 30"x 80" (2/6 x 6/8) 3 panel molded shaker frosted pocket doors
Doors to have open &close soft close mechanisms installed
WINDOW:
Install new PGT SH7700 aluminum Impact window inside pantry area
Window: 24" wide x 36"
TRIM:
Install the following:
Base Trim:to match houses existing
Material: Base#618 5 %" FJP (Finger Joint Pine)
Material: Casing 1x4 (3/4" x 3 %") Straight Casing (Finger Joint Pine)
Crown Molding:
Crown that is removed from inside pantry area to be reused as needed
New crown molding to be purchased and installed inside pantry area
Material: Crown #614 6%" FJP (Finger Joint Pine)
11. Plumbing:
Sink& dishwasher to remain in same location
Fridge ice line to move to new location
Install the following:
Sink: Kohler Whitehaven Kitchen Sink 30"
Sink Basin Rack: Kohler
Faucet: Kohler
Disposal Flange: Kohler
Air Switch for disposal
Garbage disposal to be reused.
12. Electrical:
Relocate refrigerator circuit to new location
Add under cabinet tape lighting in kitchen—all switched behind new desk area with dimmer
Add undercabinet tape at desk area—switch to be on right side with dimmer
Add new Circuit for Exhaust hood
Replace existing receptacles in kitchen Legrand under cabinet receptacles
Relocate existing circuit for microwave
Relocate receptacles from peninsula backsplash to Wiremold type receptacles at right end

Purchase and install %"thick white melamine closet components for tall shelving inside

19. Paint/ Exterior Stucco:
Pantry,Three Kitchen Walls, & Peninsula -two coats of finish paint eggshell
Trim: Pantry crown molding, pantry doors, casing, kitchen crown molding, baseboard will
receive two coats of finish paint semi-gloss latex
All above includes prep work, wood-filler, sanding, and caulking
Cover floor& etc. during painting process
Wall Color:to match existing
Paint exterior as needed at new window area to match existing
