ADDENDUM) FEDERAL MANUFACTURED HOME CONSTRUCTION AND SAFETY STANDARDS IF YOU ARE GOING TO LIVE IN A PARK, YOUR HOME SITE WILL BE READY OR BE PREPARED FOR YOUR HOME IF YOU INTEND TO INSTALL YOUR HOME ON YOUR OWN LOT (NOT IN A PARK), SOME SITE PREPARATION WILL BE NECESSARY. IN AREAS THAT ARE SUSCEPTIBLE TO FROST, PIER SUPPORTS MUST BE BELOW THE FROST LINE. OPTIONAL- PIERS MAY BE PLACED ON CONCRETE RIBBONS 4" X 16" X LENGTH OF HOME MINUS 18", REINFORCED WITI•I WELDED WIRE MESH. (A.)
