Applications for compliance with the 2014 Florida Building Code, Energy Conservation via the
residential Simulated Performance method shall include I j

r R405.3 of the Florida Energy Code. This form shall include a summary page
indicating home address, a-ratio and the pass or fail status along with summary,
areas and types of components, whether the home was simulated as a worst-case

completing the compliance report(1 page)and an input summary checklist that can
be us d for field verification (usually 4 pages/may be greater).
