If owner would like to combine two parcels in a platted sub division, do they need to do a re -plat?

Good morning Joyce,
Can you please check for me if you have a request to combine parcel 3534-503-0002-0007 & 3534-503-0003-000-4
under one parcel id number? We received a quit claim deed (see attached) with the building permit but all records still
show both parcel id's. If the two lots are going to be combined will they be listed under the parcel id of the house (lot
1)?
