Dear Client;
Allterra Engineering & Testing performed probe -rod and field -density tests on the building pad
prepared for the subject project. Copies of the field -density test results are attached to this report.
Allterra's services were performed to meet certain requirements of chapter 18 of the 2010 Florida
Building Code and local amendments.
Based upon the probe -rod and field -density test results, building -pad preparation achieves
conventional standards of acceptance for well -compacted soil (at least 98 percent of maximum -dry -
density) and can develop a net allowable bearing pressure of 2500 pounds per square foot as
recommended in Allterra's report dated 9 November 2010.
It shall be the responsibility of the owner or contractor to maintain the condition of the prepared
surfaces to prevent erosion°or other degradation. Footing bearing surfaces shall be kept firm, level
and free of debris, detritus or standing water through placement of concrete.
