THE INSTALLATION SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE 2008 NATIONAL ELECTRIC CODE (NFPA 70), FLORIDA BUILDING CODE 2010, OSHA, LOCAL CODES, CITY CODES, ADA AND ALL ST. LUCIE COUNTY CODES, 2002 NFPA 72 AND 2009 NFPA 101. 6. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL OBTAIN ALL NECESSARY PERMITS, INSPECTIONS AND APPROVALS. 7. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE HIS WOR K WITH THE ENGINEER AND OWNER. 8. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL, BEFORE SUBMITTING HIS BID, VISIT THE SITE OF THE PROJECT AND BECOME FAMILIAR WITH THE EXISITING CONDITIONS. LISTED. 13. SHOP DRAWINGS SHALL BE SUBMITTED FOR THE FOLLOWING EQUIPMENT: PANELBOARDS, LIGHTING ASSEMBLIES, CONTACTORS, SPLICE KITS, PULL BOXES, DISCONNECT SWITCHES, CONDUIT, WIRES, CIRCUIT BREAKERS, EQUIPMENT ENCLOSURES AND MANHOLES, AS APPLICABLE. 14. THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE TO TEST ALL SYSTEMS AND REPAIR OR REPLACE ALL DEFECTIVE WORK TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE ENGINEER AND OWNER. 15.
