Need to submit an application for vegetation. Response: Owner's representative has submitted application as requested 2. Need all subs for electrical, plumbing, mechanical and roofing and a sub summary. Response: This information will be provided when a General Contractor has been selected. . 3. Notice of commencement. Response: This will be provided when a General Contractor has been selected. PLANS EXAMINER MECHANICAL 4. Please furnish a reflective ceiling plan showing the supply and return grills size and location. Please add to plans the occupant count before this review can be started. Response: Refer to SheetA0. 1for Occupant Load as requested. 6. Please show locations of drinking fountains per Table 403.1 FBCP 2010. Response: Refer to revised Sheets A c, PI.1, P1.2, P2.1 & P3.1 for location of Hi-Lo drinking fountain AD' t 7. Please show compliance with Section 403.1.3 potty parity FBCP 2010 (in occupancies, restrooms which are open to the public must have a ratio of 3:2 water closets provided for women as the combined total of water closets and urinals for men unless there are two or fewer such fixtures for men in accordance with SEC 553.86 statutes). Response: Refer to Sheet AO. 1 for breakdown of required fixture count, as discussed on 5-1-14, we have provided additional fixtures above what is required in both the men and women restrooms but more specifically in the men's restroom. PLANS EXAMINER REVIEW 8. Submit a signed, sealed and dated soil test showing that the site soils meet or exceed the assumed design of 2,000 psf. A pad certification report, approved by the design professional of record will be required to be submitted for review prior to any foundation inspection. Response: Signed, sealed and dated soils test to be provided by the owner's representative. 9. Submit engineered, triplicate sets of original structural steel plans from the structural steel engineer. These must be reviewed and approved by your design professional of record. Response: As discussed with G.C., steel plans will be provided at a later date. 10. Submit the wood truss layouts and signed, sealed and dated cut sheet engineering from the truss manufacturer in triplicate. All must be reviewed and approved by the design professional of record. Response: Signed, sealed and dated truss drawings to be provided by G.C. 11. Submit duplicate sealed structural inspection plans prepared by the architect or engineer of record providing specific inspection procedures and schedules for compliance with the approved plans Response: Letter of intent and structural inspection letter shall be provided as required by the owner's representative. 12. Submit a notarized letter from the fee owner of the building stating that he/she has / hired the special inspector to perform the specified structural inspections. Response: Notarized letter to be provided as requested by the owner's representative. 13. Include the current 2009 Edition of the Life Safety Code in the code information box and submit (3) Life Safety Plans in conformance with NFPA 101 7.6.1 Travel Distance specifications — use the 12" rule and no diagonals. Response: Refer to revised Sheet CL I and C1.3 for requested information 14. Wind Pressure Diagrams on the Structural Sheet SO.1 must relate to the actual building dimensions (not generic) Response: Refer to revised Sheet SO.1 for requested information. 15. Submit the structural design for the light gauge metal framing reviewed and approved by the design professional of record. Response: As discussed, structural design for light gauge shall be provided at a later date. 16. Design professional to correct the Occupancy Types on A0.1 — only use the classification as specified in F.B.C. Table 1004.1.1 Check other storage areas and circulation/mech/restroom and electric (See net area definition) please clarify Building Occupancy "F". Response: Refer to revised Sheet A0.1 for corrected Occupancy Type as requested. 17. Submit triplicate "St. Lucie County Certification for Design Load Compliance. Sheets completely out/signed sealed and dated by the Design Professional of Record. Response: Refer to attached compliance sheets as requested. ®18. Submit triplicate signed, sealed and dated "Product Review Affidavits" completely filled out as specified for all building cladding. Response: Product affidavits to be provided by G. C at a later date. V19. Submit the manufacturer's specifications for the fireplaces reviewed and approved by the design professional of record. Response: As discussed, walk-in cooler shop drawings shall be submitted as part of the existing kitchen renovation permit, .-.21: Submit in triplicate accessible routes plan (see FBC Accessibility) Chapter 4. Response: Refer to revised Sheet SP1.1 for accessible route plan as requested. 22�`Sheet A3.5/Detail 2 show a ships ladder mounted to the lightweight concrete topping, please locate on plans. Response: Refer to sheet A1.3 for location of ships ladder as requested. 23. Submit the engineer's shops for the roof mechanical screening, reviewed and approved by the design professional of record. Response: As discussed, shop drawings for roof equipment screen shall be submitted at a later date. 24. Design the window and door buck details on this plan. Response: Refer to revised Sheets A5.2, A5.3 & A5.4 for buck details as requested. 25. Submit the manufacturers specifications in triplicate for the 8'x8' vinyl fence panels attachment to posts (see plan Sheet H1.1/ Detail 16). Response: As discussed, shop drawing for vinyl fence shall be submitted at a later date.
