To Whom It May Concern, Creswell Engineers and Constructors, Inc. (CECI) is the engineer of record for the addition to the Wally moon residence located at 22 Aqua Ra Drive, Jensen Beach, FL. We are in receipt of the survey for the finished floor elevation of the garage and it is now known to be EL. +6.18, NAVD 88. The flood zone of the home is designated on the FIRM maps as AE with a Base Flood Elevation (BFE) of EL +6.00. During the design phase we assumed that the garage floor would be below the BFE and used hydro -vents in the garage.
