in Islandia II Condominium located at 9500 S Ocean Drive Jensen Beach Florida 34957.
Renovations projected are as follows:
1. Cut down non bearing wall to counter top height
2. Install new shut off valves
3. Wiring over sink area
4. Replace Cabinets
5. Painting
6. Install new lighting in Kitchen area
