Replace existing kitchen cabinets
Cut down non bearing wall to counter top height at sink area.
Remove soffit over cabinets—leave soffit above sink area
Install new water shut off valves
Install sink,faucet, disposal, dishwasher and water line for fridge
Install new wiring for lights over sink
Replace 2 can lights
Install new switch for can lights
Install/replace existing under cabinet lights
Remove popcorn off ceiling in main living room
Paint main living room
Patch and paint kitchen ceiling
Install tile backsplash in ktihcen
