Dear Linda,
We are in receipt of your request for approval to screen in your rear porch.
The Architectural Control Committee is pleased to inform you that your request has
been approved.
Please be sure that the company you have selected is aware that the frames and door
must match the original window frame color (bronze). if the screens ever become
faded, torn or in disrepair and become an eyesore, you must replace them with new
screens. Additionally, you must obtain the necessary permits from the County,
complying to the local codes for the above item.
