Please note any comments made by the committee as listed below. Description of Improvement: Installation of vinyl fence on the property, 6ft high for the sides and 4ft high for the back. Back fence will be picket fence only for the rear of the house. Fence will be white. Status: Approved with stipulations Comments: 4ft vinyl fence runs across the back and up 10’ on each side before starting the 6ft vinyl fence to the front as not to block the view of the lake. We reserve the right to make a final inspection of the change to make sure it matches the Request you submitted for Approval. Please follow the plan you submitted or submit an additional Request form if you cannot follow the original plan. You must conform to all local zoning and building Regulations and obtain any and all permits that are required. Our approval here is only based on the aesthetics of your proposed change. This notice should not be taken as any certification as to the construction worthiness or structural integrity of the change you propose. Be aware that you are responsible for contacting the appropriate Utility Companies before digging.
