This week the construction crew completed new excavations for Units 506, 804, and Penthouse 4, workers prepped the existing reinforcement and supplemented rebar for deteriorated sections. Waterproofing applications and door reinstallations were completed for Units 1004 and 1007 this week, where workers have now removed the interior barricades. Two condo representatives observed the Penthouse 4 pre-pour inspection and the door inspections performed on the 06 and 07 stacks with Keystone Engineering on Wednesday. Workers are preparing edge repairs for several units on the 04 stack. After receiving permission from the association, the contractor is going to cut the ends of the existing handrail posts that were originally embedded in the concrete. This allows the workers to leave the handrails installed as a safety measure while work is in progress. +1itt0lDiill7 f r p,.S Pp • No. 50068 STATE OF Q 0;*•'••4 OR`4'•` rrrr/fs101VA L Ea fl1111111t llk I .. ; oll View of steel prep in progress for concrete repairs under a door on the Penthouse 4 balcony r, h View of steel prep in progress for concrete repairs under an additional door on the Penthouse 4 balcony i y View of steel prep in progress for concrete repairs under an additional door on the Penthouse 4 balconAl _ J View of corrosion and spalling observed under a door on the Unit 206 balcony t ` View of corrosion and spalling observed under an additional door on the Unit 206 balcony t-f * 7 • -—k V View of concrete damage observed under a door on the Unit 307 balcony r, l t 4 4 i4'.W— View of severe corrosion and spalling observed under an additional door on the Unit 307 balcony i Y View of excavations in progress on the Unit 804 balcony r F- r :.t ti •, Y View of additional excavations in progress on the Unit 804 balcony ,I •x 1 :y .. `.[`.-_ 'Y ,r, •« is t View of concrete damage that extended past the door and around the wall inside Unit 804 tea►/ _ r I View of door reinstallations • • • on 114 balcon View ;nw` Yeti I. \ `ems - '` •4; `1\ i+s of • ••fing app ions • door, • • • surface for1004 "$ Y } . :.
