Progress Inspection Report #11 Permit #SLC 2102-0371 Project Name: Barclay Beach Club Progress Report thru 7-30-21 Project Address: 2800 SR-Al A, Hutchinson Island Inspection Visits: 7-28-21 Prime Contractor: Blue Coast Construction Superintendent: Rafael Rodriguez Activities in-progress: 07 stack and Unit 704 door removal, 06 stack door reinstallations, Unit 905 steel prep and form installations INSPECTOR'S REPORT Keystone Engineering visited the site on 7-28-21 and had several conversations with the construction team by telephone throughout the week. The construction crew finished excavating concrete damage on the Unit 905 that was started last week. Workers removed sliding glass doors on the Unit 704 balcony and completed initial excavations. The crew cleaned the existing reinforcement and installed forms, cast backs were completed by the end of the week. This week the crew also removed sliding glass doors from Units 207 and 307 and started initial excavations. Progress Inspection Report #12 Permit #SLC 2102-0371 Project Name: Barclay Beach Club Progress Report thru 8-6-21 Project Address: 2800 SR-Al A, Hutchinson Island Inspection Visits: 8-5-21 Prime Contractor: Blue Coast Construction Superintendent: Rafael Rodriguez Activities in-progress: 06 form installations and cast backs, 04 edge repair cast backs, unit 1005 and 404 interior barricades and excavations INSPECTOR'S REPORT Keystone Engineering visited the site on 8-5-21 and had several conversations with the construction team by telephone throughout the week. This week work was slowed due to the weather conditions. The construction crew installed forms for the 06 stack repairs and several edge repairs on the 04 stack. New excavations are scheduled for the edge of Unit 206 balcony next week. Interior barricade installations and door removal were completed for Units 1005 and 404. Excavations, steel prep, and form installations were completed on the Unit 1005 balcony, where repairs received a pre-pour inspection on Wednesday.
