Progress Inspection Report #17 Permit #SLC 2102-0371 Project Name: Barclay Beach Club Progress Report thru 9-10-21 Project Address: 2800 SR-A1A, Hutchinson Island Inspection Visits: 9-9-21 Prime Contractor: Blue Coast Construction Superintendent: Rafael Rodriguez Activities in-progress: Unit 405, 505, and Penthouse 4 repairs, 04 stack edge stucco applications, 07 stack texture prep INSPECTOR'S REPORT Keystone Engineering visited the site on 9-9-21 and had several conversations with the construction team by telephone throughout the week. The construction crew installed interior barricades and removed sliding glass doors on the Unit 505 balcony. New excavations were completed for Units 405 and 505 and workers detailed the existing reinforcement. The crew also excavated a new edge repair on the Penthouse 4 balcony, cast backs are in progress for these units. Stucco applications are in progress for edge repairs on the 04 stack. Progress Inspection Report #18 Permit #SLC 2102-0371 Project Name: Barclay Beach Club Progress Report thru 9-17-21 Project Address: 2800 SR-A1A, Hutchinson Island Inspection Visits: 9-17-21 Prime Contractor: Blue Coast Construction Superintendent: Rafael Rodriguez Activities in-progress: 04 stack handrail removal and shutter track reinstallations, Unit 205, 305, 405, and PH5 excavations and cast backs. INSPECTOR'S REPORT Keystone Engineering visited the site on 9-17-21 and had several conversations with the construction team by telephone throughout the week. Handrail removal and shutter track reinstallations are in progress on the 04 stack. Workers removed all the handrails and are excavating any remaining metal from the cored in posts. Shutter tracks were reinstalled on the ceilings, floor tracks will be reinstalled later when the floor is ready. New excavations were completed on the Unit 203, 305, and Penthouse 5 balconies. Workers adjusted a swing stage in order to access a spalled edge on the Penthouse 5 balcony. The crew detailed the existing reinforcement, installed forms, and cast backs were completed. Workers are grinding the floors, applying stucco, and power washing the 07 stack to prep for the waterproofing and knockdown textures. if No. *068 ': .
