We do have the application for the lot split, we don't have surveys showing the property without the lot split. I have a survey showing the lot split and added some comments based on that survey. For the link to our survey requirements see my second response in this e-mail. Attached updated comments. I have signed off some of the comments and have added new. As far as I can see right now some of the numbers in NAVD and NGVD have been mixed up in the building plans and the survey, also it looks like that this building is going over the max required 35' height restrictions.
