I am the environmental planner reviewing your application for a single family residential home on North Hutchison
Island (PC ID 1414-310-0005-0001). The following additional information is required to complete the review of your
application:
1) Show the western toe of dune and dune preservation zone on the site plan. Include explanation of how limits of
the dune were determined.
2) Provide an Environmental Impact Report per Land Development Code 11.02.09.A.S. The Land Development
Code may be accessed online at http://www.municode.com/library/FL/St. Lucie County.
