Warranty Deed
This Warranty Deed made this�J day of March, 2012 between idlevild Hutchinson
Island; LLC, a Florida limited liability company, whose post office address is 19 Readington Road,
Somerville NJ 08776, grantor, and Idlewild Hutchinson Island, LLC, a Florida limited Iiability
company, whose post office address is 19 Readington Road, Somerville NJ 08776, grantee_
(Whenever used herein the terms "grantor" and "grantee" include all the parties to this instrument and the
heirs, legal representatives, and assigns of individuals, and the successors and assigns of corporations,
trusts and trustees)
Witnesseth, that said grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND N01100 DOLLARS
($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations to said grantor in hand paid by said grantee; the
receipt whereof is he acknowledged, has granted, bargained, and sold to the said grantee, and
grantee's heirs and assigns forever, the following described land, situate, lying and being in St. Lucie
County, Florida to -wit:

appertaining.
To Have and to Fold, the same in fee simple forever.
And the grantor hereby covenants with said grantee that the grantor is lawfully seized of said Iand in fee
simple; that the grantor has good right and lawful authority to sell and convey said land; that the grantor
hereby fully warrants the title to said Iand and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all
persons whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent to
December 31, 2012.

I just spoke with Joyce at the Property Appraiser's office. The parcel identification numbers are as follows:
Lot B (northern half) 1414-310 0005 000 1
Lot A (southern ha f) 141i4 310 00011

The Lot B (northern half) retained the parent parcel identification number and Lot A (southern half) was issued the new
parcel identification number.

Good afternoon all;
Attached please find the recorded deed for your records.
I delivered a certified copy of the recorded deed to both the Planning' Department and the Property Appraiser's office.
The Planning Dept. assured me that the issuance of the final lot split approval letter would not delay the permit review
process.
I met with Joyce in the Mapping Department of the Property Appraiser's office and submitted to her the St. Lucie County
Property Appraiser Request for Real Property Split application, together with the preliminary approval letter of the lot split
from the Planning Department, verification that the property taxes are paid and current, survey and a certified copy of the
attached recorded deed. She informed me that she would start working on getting us parcel identification numbers this
afternoon, and if I don't hear from her in 24 hours I will call to follow up. She intends to call me to provide the
identification numbers to me verbally over the phone.
