The purpose of our inspection was to monitor pile installation operations. A total of fifty-six (56) piles were installed for the proposed project as they were staked by the surveyor. All piles consisted of fourteen inch (14") diameter auger cast -in -place piles and were drilled to a depth of twenty-five feet (25') from the surface to achieve a minimum capacity of thirty-five (35) tons in compression respectively. All piles were drilled as recommended in the geotechnical report prepared by Eastcoast Testing & Engineering, Inc. As a mutual protection to our clients, the public and ourselves, all reports are submitted as the confidential property of our clients, and authorization for publication of statements, conclusions or extracts from or regarding our reports is reserved pending our written approval.
