Hi Lydia, As discussed on the phone, the reason for the larger size form board is to allow for an apron of concrete around the perimeter of the building. The storage building is still 30x35. The manufacturer recommended a 6" to 1' apron which helps with rain run off and erosion mitigation. Hope this is a sufficient explanation and thank you for the call.
