Port St. Lucie, Florida To Whom It May Concern: Our office has personally inspected the alterations to the existing front porch at the above referenced project per report below: 1. Demolition - Existing screen and 1 x nonstructural aluminum framing was removed 2. Structural - Existing structural support system (posts/beams/roof members/ceiling members are existing and have not been altered - Existing 4x4 posts were wrapped w/ 2x framing at 16" o.c. max w/ 1/4" x 1 1h" embedment lags at 24" o.c.to existing post and finished with stucco on wire lath w/11ga x 2"long nails w/3/8"dia head at 6"o.c.,over Tyvek building wrap over 15/32" cdx plywood sheathing with 10d nails at 6"o.c. - Boxed out non-bearing beam w/ stucco on wire lath w/ 11ga x 2" long nails w/ 3/8" dia head at 6" o.c. Over Tyvek building wrap over 15/32" cdx plywood sheathing with 10d nails at 6"o.c.Over 2x framing at 16"o.c. Max attached at 24" o.c.To existing rafters with 1/4"x 1 1h"embedment lags - Ceiling is stucco over wire lath w/ 11ga. 2" nails w/3/8"o head @ 6" o.c.Over 3/8"metal rib lath @ 6" o.c.W/(2 layers) of 15# felt Our office finds that all work meets the requirements of the FBC/FBCR 2020 (7th Edition) and our engineering requirements.
