Inspection Letter — Removal of Non -Load Bearing Wall
Per your request, I have visited the site and inspected the wall to be removed. I deem the wall to
be non -load bearing. The wall in question is located between the kitchen and dining room (see
picture next page). The removal of the non -load bearing wall is limited to 11'-6.25". I approve
