This letter is to inform the St. Lucie County permitting dept. of a change that needs to be made to
an existing permit. Effective as of 2/1/22, Bluewater Plumbing of the Treasure Coast, LLC
(CFC1430241) will no longer be the listed plumbing subcontractor on permit# 2012-0407 with
the property address: 7679 Pelican Point Dr. Jensen Beach, FL 34957. Please adjust all records
as needed.
