1. The total modified load on the Energy Calc's must be lower or equal to the total base line
loads. See section R405.3 of the 2014 Florida Building Code Energy Conservation 5"'
Edition.

2. Area weighted average overhang is incorrect. Open courtyard has an overhang.

3. Energy Calc's show 17 glazed openings, there are a total of 28 window openings, 3 French
doors with glazing, and 3 sliding glass doors. Please correct.

4. Energy Calc's show natural gas water heater. E1 and E1.1 show electric water heater. Please
clarify.
