Mathers Engineering Corporation visited the job site -and made the following observations of the
ongoing concrete restoration and repairs of exterior balconies:
Site Observations thru 04/27/2021:
Stack #3:
• Unit 103: Shutters removed.
• Unit 203: Shutters remove.
• Unit 303: Shutters, guardrail and tile removed.
• Unit 403: Shutters removed.
• Unit 503: Shutters and guardrail removed.
• Unit 603: Shutters removed.
• Unit 703: Shutters, guardrail and tile removed.
