1 A I don' t remember.
2 Q Okay. They were.
3 Did you attempt to retain or obtain records
4 for the entire month of September 2014?
5 A I -- I don' t remember the exact dates of your
6 request . I know I requested these dates here, and there
7 may be other dates I requested.
8 Q So you don' t remember if you obtained all of
9 September' s records?
10 A The way the records come in, you can' t request
11 a hole -- you couldn' t request a whole month at a time.
12 They n' t come in that way. They came in like ten --
13 ten -- ma bplike ten or 12 calls per line l per page.
14 Okay. And --"and in order to request it/, you couldn' t
15 get -- you'd have't;o request every every ten lines
16 would be a page or somethingrl:i e that it came in. It
17 was real weird, and I couldW t do it . It was hard to
18 do. And so when--1 requested a '`certain date range, it
19 came--in like this here and fit perfect with that couple
`\\
" 20 days here.
21 Q So what specific date range did you est
22 when you put in your inquiry?
23 A I requested -- I don' t remember the exact
24 dates . But I know I went backwards and I went forwards
25 on the fire -- the date of the fire .

3 A And I tried to get -- I just answered that . I
4 tried to get updated ones . But you asked me for August .
5 And I wasn' t able to do that becau e they said their
6 records only go back three months, and we have exceeded
7 that time limit to get these agai .
8 Q Okay. So here ' s my concern. Okay? There is
9 nothing on Exhibit No. 2 telling me anything about where
10 these numbers came from, okay, m aning this : If I were
11 to go to my AT&T account and download my calls, it would
12 have an acco ht number, it wou d have a phone number, it
13 would have all ki ds of rando billing information, it
14 would have other col ateral information on that bill
15 other than just the cabs 'n and out . Okay?
16 A Mm-hmm.
17 Q The document j at youhave provided contains
18 no identifying inform tion, specif, cally at least that I
19 can tell, identifyi g your phone numb r or connecting it
20 or connecting it o MetroPCS . That is concern.
21 A Well that ' s the -- that ' s the wa it comes to
22 you. MetroPCS is rather unusual . I was surp ' sed too
23 when it came in this way. But that ' s the way it omes
24 to me, and that ' s the way I passed it on to everybody
