The following Wind Load Pressure Calculations have been performed at the aforementioned address
utilizing the ASCE-7-10 (Part 4- Buildings with height of 15-80 ft) Components and Cladding pressure
formulas and were performed at the request of the Contractor — Natural Flow.
Building Information : Exposure D - Importance Factor #1
Height: 70 ft — 6"' Floor
Wind Speed: 170 mph
Minimum Required Opening Pressures:
Openings that are 20 sgft to 50 : Zone 4 = +52.3 / -52.9 psf
Zone 5 = +52.3 / -93.9 psf
Openings that are 50 sgft to 100:
Openings that are 100 sgft to 500:
Zone 4 = +48.5 / -50.7 psf
Zone 5 = +48.5 / -84.8 psf
Zone 4 = +45.2 / -48.5 psf
Zone 5 = +45.2 / -77.8 psf
