MANUAL, THE PROPERTY IS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE TWO PAVED PARKING SPACES OF 10'X18'. THE
PARKING SPACES MAY BE AT THE PAVED DRIVEWAY. THE DRIVEWAY WILL EITHER NEED TO BE 20' WIDE
OR 36' LONG. PLEASE PROVIDE TWO CORRECTED SURVEYS. SURVEY DON'T NEED TO BE RESTAMPED BY
HEALTH DEP.
