- Take out old kitchen cabinets and cap off plumbing and electric in kitchen

- Install granite surface, same footprint as old kitchen
- Repair any damaged drywall in kitchen from water leak.
- Install 2 pendant lights over peninsula
- Install under -cabinet lighting
- Install new Kohler sink, faucet and disposal in the same place as the old footprint
- Install new appliances in the kitchen
-MASTER BATHROOM:
- Replace 2 vanities (existing footprint)
- Install Moen plumbing fixtures (not moving any plumbing pipes)
- Re -install existing toilet
- Tile the floor with the wood -look tile
-GUEST BATHROOM:
- Replace I vanity (existing footprint)
- Install Moen plumbing fixtures (not moving any plumbing pipes)
- Re -install existing toilet
- Tile the floor with the wood -look tile
- Add in 2 drop down pendants on either side of the sink for light
-DINING ROOM:
- Remove about 2 ft. of drywall on the back wall below the window and replace
- GLOBAL TASKS:
- Install new glass insert for the front door (EntryPoint will pull their own permit)
- Repaint Entire INTERIOR
- Remove and install wood look tile throughout tile floors
- RwPtcmMighting fixtures with more updated fixtures (already existing locations and
- Deep Clean of house after all work is complete
- Install frameless shower in the Master Bathroom & Guest Bathroom
- Install crown and baseboard

- Raise TV outlets for wall mount TV
