Submit one (I.) copy of this form for all proposed additions, changes, modifications, etc., accornpanicd where
appropriate by boor plans, exterior elevations (0 view ); and site plan/property survey (showing applicable
setbacks, dimensions from property lines to proposed Iandscape, stmetures, etc.) In addition, submissions will
include photos, proposed colors, patterns, materials and all additional information necessary for the BOARD OF
DIRECTORS/ ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMIT"I'EE, and the LOCAL BUILDING DEPARTMENT (when involved)
to make an informed decision.. If all requ€red. information (see also conditions of approval) is not received with
this completed application, the Hoard/Committee will automatically EJECT the application until all
requested information is received.

I acknowledge that I have 'read and understand this application, I also muderstand th' t submission of the
application sloes not guarantee approval and that any approval must be received, in variting, prior to malting
the alterations sought in this application. I understand the approval is based on adherence to requirements and
the aesthetics of the proposed change, but does not certify the construction worthiness or structural integrity of the
proposed change, I further understand that if 1 am digging, I or my contractor roust contact s the appropriate utilities
prior to digging. I understand that I must follow all local building codes and setback requirements '-'Then making a

1. Before you or your contractors digs, please call Sunshine Utilities at 8-1-1 or 1-800-432-4770 to have all you, -
utilities marked.
0 _ 2. Permits. All required permits must: br:: obtained and must be displayed, by owner prior to work commencing.
_ 3. Exterior Aluminum. All exterior aluminum must be white color. All screening must be charcoal color.
fQn 4. Exterior Painting. Colors must be chosen frrom the existing community palette. Please be sure to provide the color
swatches, color codes, paint manufacturer:'List. out the color selection for the front door, garage door, liouse body and House
trim.
It S. Exterior Shutters. If approved, exterior accordion shutters must match the adjacent exterior -,vall color and
typir..ally the upper housing roust be mounted against the fascia board and soffit. Exterior panel shutters are to be clear in color arid tracks/mounts are to match the adjacent exterior wall color.
6. Irrigation & Subsurface Work: Individual homeowners are responsible for coordinating and, cost for the capping of
tht, % rigktion systezn for any subsurface �Vork proposed with the Association's irrigation contractor It will be: iiez:essary for
the homeowner to coordinate in advance %vith the irrigation contractor to have the necessary 'work performed.
_ 7. Landscape Material Maintenance Homeowners are responsible for maintaining, watering, pruning, trimming, and
fertilizing all landscape materials approved by the ACB including the removal and installation of material. No landscape: materials may encroach on neighboring properties or common areas from inception to its mature growth.
L� 8. Solar Panels. Piping, fasteners, and frames to solar panels must be
painted to match structure color (e.g. roof, wall, or trim). It shall be concealed from view by neighboring lots and right of `ilaysadlacent exterior
9. Pence,, Walls, & Hedges: No chain link is permitted. The composition, location and height of any fence, wall or
Hedge to be constructed shall be marked on the property survey.. The mature height of any proposed landscape hedge must
be disclosed.

accompany this application.
