But the Techko S187D Safe Pool Alarm is designed to sound a loud alert when children or animals enter through a safe pool protected door or gate. Set it and forget it if you're going on vacation or away from your home for the day. Its Always On alarm protection activates instantly when an entryway is breached, and will sound continuously until the bypass button is pressed. The S187D is equipped with two bypass buttons allowing entry back from the pool area without sounding the alarm, and features an additional magnetic sensor so that the alarm can monitor both sliding glass doors and the screen door. The durable housing makes it suitable for both outdoor and indoor pool areas. This water and weather -resistant unit is ETL approved under UL 2017 standards to meet child safety Laws. It operates with a 9-volt battery, and there is a low -battery LED display that lets you know when a battery replacement is needed.
