Statement of Compliance: This report evaluates the above -listed product per the requirements of FAC
Product Approval Rule Chapter 61G20-3.005 (4). This product complies with the requirements of the 7'h
Edition (2020) Florida Building Code including the High Velocity Hurricane Zone. The product testing
standards performed are outlined below.

• Achieves design pressures of+/-60 psf
• Is Large Missile Impact Resistant and does not require the use of shutters
• May be used in the High Velocity Hurricane Zone
• Glass Type A requires Kuraray SentryGlas Interlayer per Miami -Dade NOA 17-0808.02t
• Glass Type B requires Kuraray Butacite PVB Interlayer per Miami -Dade NOA 19-0305.02t
it Requires Quanex or Veka white rigid PVC framing per Miami -Dade NOA 17-0206.10t or 17-
0228.04t
t I have evaluated the interlayer and framing materials in these Kuraray, Quanex, and Veka
NOAs and find that they comply with the requirements of the 7'h Ed. (2020) Florida Building
Code for use in this product.
