This letter is in reference to the review comments for the above referenced project. Please see
responses below to comments:
1. The truss engineering shall be submitted.
2. The energy calculations shall be revised and resubmitted.
3. The energy performance level display card shall be submitted.
4. Sheet A1.0 has been revised to indicate the soil density by proctor.
5. Sheet CVR has been revised to indicate the cubic volume of conditioned space in the
information block containing the square footage information.
6. Sheet A5.0 has been revised to indicate the ceramic tile to be in accordance with R702.4
of the 2014 Florida Residential Code.
7. Sheet A6.1 has been revised to indicate the 2x4 kick plate fastening requirements on the
typical stair section.
8. Sheet A6.0 has been revised to indicate the interior non -bearing wall detail.
9. Sheet A2.0 has been revised to indicate the fire -blocking detail on the stair section.
10. Sheet A6.1 has been revised to indicate the felt underlayment fastening is in accordance
with R905.2.7 of the 2014 Florida Residential Code.
11. Sheet A4.0 has been revised to indicate the quantity and size of fasteners required for
the Simpson "SPH4", "LSTA24" and "LSTA36" connectors in the Anchor Schedule.
