The last time we spoke was to notify you that the site plans needed to be redone to scale for me to approve the permit. The soils have already been completed but without the site plans drawn to scale I cannot approve your permit. The application will expire on 2/1/2022, after that you will need to re -apply for a new permit and you will be charged another permit application fee. The scale for the site plan says that it is 1"=40'. When measured, some of the dimensions do not equal the scale of V=40'.
